Ethel M Chocolates is named for Ethel Mars, the wife of Frank Mars, a decedent of the family that started Mars Candy Company. The manufacturing plant in Henderson, Nevada, is fairly small in size but their products are large in taste. Free self-guided tours are available 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily; and, "Yes," there are free samples available!
During the Christmas Holiday season, the Ehtel M three-acre Cactus Garden is decorated with over a million lights and open for free self-guided tours until 10 PM each night.

One of the workers told me that the blue lights throughout the park are symbolic of Elvis and his hit song "Blue Christmas."
